KELER CCP prepares the TR reports for all derivatives subject to MIFID and thus EMIR with respect to KELER CCP and the Clearing Member and then sends the reports to the KELER TR system. The KELER TR system forwards the reports to RegisTR.
Additionally, KELER CCP offers ancillary service to Clearing Members and Energy market Non-clearing Members as part of TR reporting.
Under the mandate received KELER CCP prepares the reports for the clients of the capital market derivative Clearing Members also, based on the choice of the Clearing Member it sends the reports either to the Clearing Member or directly to the KELER TR system.
The TR reports related to and prepared for the transactions of the Energy market Non-clearing Members are sent directly to the Energy market Non-clearing Member and the KELER TR system forwards the reports to RegisTR.
